04 Giving questions
The practical bits.
Can I choose which program my gift funds?
Yes. Note the program in the reference or email us after giving. If you do not choose, we allocate to the most underfunded program and tell you which.
Do you accept monthly giving?
Yes. Monthly giving is the most useful kind because it lets us commit to a cohort for a full cycle. Email us to set up a standing instruction.
Is my gift tax deductible?
For gifts into Ghana, we can issue a receipt from a registered non-profit. Rules for deduction depend on your jurisdiction, check with your adviser, and we will provide whatever documentation they need.
How do I know the money arrived?
We confirm every gift by email within two working days. If you have not heard from us, message us with the date and amount.
