Twenty-six women completed our six-month enterprise program in Accra, presenting costed business plans to a panel of local lenders and buyers.
The cohort included food processors, tailors, traders and a solar technician. Each participant left with a record book, a savings commitment and a named coach.
Why graduation matters
Finishing is the point. Most training programs lose participants in the first month; ours keep them through six because the curriculum is built around the business they already run.
